What to expect from your inspection

Your TREC licensed and InterNACHI certified professional inspector will carefully and thoroughly examine the property to assess its overall condition. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission when performing home inspections. The inspector evaluates the home's major systems and components which include, but are not limited to, the structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, insulation, ventilation, interior, exterior systems, and built-in appliances. Specialized tools, knowledge, and expertise are utilized to identify any existing defects, safety concerns, or areas in need of maintenance, repair, or replacement.

You are welcome to walk through with the inspector during the inspection process to ask questions and learn as much as you would like.

Once the inspection is complete, your inspector will provide a summary of the general condition of the home and its systems, as well as discuss any key items which may have been discovered during the inspection. During the summary, we welcome any and all questions you may have about the home inspection process or particular concerns you have with the property.
