Meet Your Inspector
I'm Wyatt Cawley, owner of Invictus Property Inspections. I am licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission and certified as a professional inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I have a large wealth of experience spanning over many years, inspecting every type of residential property out there, from aged fixer-uppers, flips, new construction, multi-unit housing, condos, to the most immaculate multi-million dollar luxury homes. With a dedication to excellence and a commitment to serving my clients, I have successfully conducted over 1000 home inspections in my time thus far, providing invaluable insights to my clients into the overall condition of their homes.
Before specializing in home inspections, I honed my skills in both commercial and residential construction for several years as a residential HVAC installer and foundation repair specialist. This prior experience has allowed me to approach inspections with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that no stone is left unturned when it comes to assessing the safety and integrity of your home.
At Invictus Property Inspections, my mission is to provide the most thorough and detailed inspection services that the industry has to offer and deliver a top-notch inspection report that empowers you to make informed decisions about your investment, protecting you from diving into potential money pits, yet not alarming you about the little things which can be expected. Invictus has always been dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, and guarantees exceptional customer service while guiding you through the inspection process with transparency. You can trust that your best interests will always be prioritized and the results both will exceed your expectations,
and empower your peace of mind.
The Inspection Process
The home inspection process involves much more than just the inspection itself. Your reception of the inspection report does NOT mark the end of our customer service and care. Invictus is here to answer any questions you may have even long after the inspection is over. Below is a short step-by-step summary of what to expect from this process.
Be Present for the Inspection
Your inspector will come out to the property and provide a full thorough inspection of the major systems & components in search of both minor and major defects which may be present. It is always recommended that clients be present for the inspection.
Post-Inspection
Summary
Once the inspection is complete, your inspector will provide a verbal summary of the overall condition and any key items discovered. If you can't make it out for the inspection or summary, your inspector will be happy to call you if requested.
